A compact, F1 hybrid vegetable about 75cm tall, with finely dissected, feathery, vivid green foliage that is grown for its rounded, swollen, aniseed-flavoured stems. Yellow umbel flowers are produced if the bulb is not harvested, or if stressed by dry hot weather; resistant to bolting.
