About
A large, upright to spreading shrub or small tree to 6m with large, glossy, leathery, dark green, oval leaves turning deep purple-red in autumn. Clusters of small, yellow or greenish flowers in mid- to late summer are followed by four-ridged, rose-pink fruit, splitting to reveal orange seeds.
