About

Eucalyptus neglecta, the Omeo gum, is a fast-growing evergreen tree to around 10 m with smooth bark ranging from yellow-green to greyish-brown, very large, rounded, purple-tinged juvenile leaves and broader, mid-green adult leaves, all highly aromatic when crushed. White flowers appear in large clusters of up to 15 in summer. A vigorous and ornamental eucalyptus for a sheltered garden.
