About

An annual or biennial native plant to about 50cm tall with a basal rosette of shallowly-toothed greyish-green leaves and densely hairy stems. Flowerheads borne in panicles, are 10-15mm across, with pale purple ray florets only a little longer than the pale yellow disc florets, from midsummer to early autumn.
