Erica vagans 'Mrs D.F. Maxwell' is one of the finest cultivars of Cornish heath, producing dense spikes of deep cerise-pink flowers from midsummer through to autumn above compact, mid-green foliage. An AGM heather widely regarded as one of the best late-flowering varieties.

Ranging from compact ground-covering alpines to large tree heaths, they are grown in acid soils and heathland gardens.
