Echeveria gibbiflora is a large, branching, subshrubby Echeveria from Mexico producing striking, large rosettes of broad, fleshy, often red-tinged or warty leaves at the branch tips and tall flower spikes bearing red, urn-shaped flowers in summer. One of the largest and most architecturally striking echeverias.

Echeveria are evergreen succulent perennials or subshrubs from Mexico and Central America producing rosettes of colourful, fleshy leaves in shades of grey, green, blue, pink, red and purple, and racemes or panicles of small, urn-shaped, red, orange or yellow flowers on tall stems in summer.
