A compact, evergreen shrub from China to about 1m tall with broadly ovate, dark green, slightly hairy leaves and small, white flowers in corymbs in spring, followed by persistent, small, bright red berries. An attractive, low-growing Cotoneaster for a mixed or shrub border.
About the genus
Drosera, commonly known as the sundews are one of the largest genera of carnivorous plants. They are perennial or (more rarely) annual, upright herbaceous plants forming either prostrate or upright rosettes, and can live for up to 50 years.
