This cushion-forming alpine pink, reaching 10-20cm, with a low, spreading cushion of fine, green to grey-green foliage. Dainty, single flowers on very short stems stud the cushion in late spring to early summer. The cultivar 'Rax Alpe' adds fragrance and charm.
