About

A deciduous, herbaceous perennial that reaches approximately 1.7m in height when in flower. It forms an even mound of green, lobed leaves and stately flower stems of true to pale blue flowers with small fluffy white centres, in summer.

Care notes

CultivationWill grow well in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun and apply a balanced liquid fertilizer every other week during the growing season. Set crown above soil. PruningDeadhead spent flower spikes back to fresh flowering side shoots and cut back to ground level in late autumn.
