About

Cucurbita pepo 'Soleil' is a compact cultivar known for its mid-early fruiting capability. This variety yields smooth, golden-yellow zucchinis that reach a harvestable size of about 15-20 cm (6-8 in). Fruits can be harvested consistently from July through October, provided they are regularly picked to encourage further production. The courgettes offer a pleasant flavor. Its bushy, tendril-free growth habit makes it well-suited for container gardening, particularly on patios where space is limited. Additionally, the bright yellow flowers attract pollinators and can also be harvested for culinary use.
