Corokia x virgata Maori Green ('Ruycomagre' PBR) is a perennial shrub that reaches up to 1.5 meters in height. It features slender, dark branches that exhibit a zig-zag growth pattern, complemented by small, leathery leaves that are dark green in color. The stems and the undersides of the leaves are coated with fine, silvery hairs. During late spring, this plant produces small, fragrant, yellow flowers shaped like stars, which are succeeded by red berries in the autumn months.
