Coprosma 'Lemon and Lime' PBR (v) is a compact, rounded shrub that typically reaches a height of approximately 1.2 meters. Its leaves are glossy, thick, and oval-shaped, measuring between 2 to 3 centimeters in length. The foliage features a bright lime green color accented by a prominent yellow central splash. During the winter months, the leaf coloration deepens, occasionally exhibiting orange hues. This cultivar is male, producing inconspicuous flowers and does not bear fruit.
About the genus
Coprosma comprises evergreen shrubs characterized by their tough, simple leaves. The flowers are dioecious and not particularly noticeable. When both male and female plants are cultivated in proximity, the female specimens produce vibrant berries.
