About

Coprosma 'Fire Burst' is a compact evergreen shrub that reaches up to 1.5 meters in height. It features a branching growth pattern and glossy green foliage with creamy yellow margins. The young leaves display a pink hue, transitioning to a deep red during the autumn and winter months. In spring, it produces small green flowers that are not particularly showy; however, if pollination occurs, they will develop into vibrant red berries by autumn.

About the genus

Coprosma comprises evergreen shrubs characterized by their tough, simple leaves. The flowers are dioecious and not particularly noticeable. When both male and female plants are cultivated in proximity, the female specimens produce vibrant berries.
