About
Cercidiphyllum japonicum 'Tidal Wave' is a vigorous deciduous tree that can grow to about 12 meters. This variety features a weeping growth habit and displays leaves that are a bluish-green hue, transforming into vibrant shades of orange and yellow in the fall. The fallen foliage emits a scent reminiscent of cotton candy. In spring, as new leaves emerge, tiny red flowers appear, though they are quite small and easily overlooked.
