Calystegia soldanella is a low-growing perennial that spreads to about 1 meter in width while reaching a height of only 10 centimeters. It features fleshy stems and heart-shaped leaves. During the summer, it produces trumpet-shaped flowers that are pink with five white stripes, facing upwards.
