About

Beta vulgaris 'Subeto' is a robust beet variety that yields consistently round roots with deep red flesh. Its flavor is sweet and well-rounded, and it is recognized for its strong growth and dependability. You can harvest the smaller beets when they reach the size of a golf ball or allow them to grow to full maturity. This variety also demonstrates strong resistance to fungal diseases.
