About
Beschorneria yuccoides Flamingo Glow ('Besys' PBR) is a perennial plant characterized by its rosettes of evergreen, succulent leaves that reach heights of 0.5 to 1 meter. The leaves are lance-shaped and display a variegation of yellow and grey-green. As the plant matures, it can produce tall stems, extending up to 1.5 meters, adorned with lime-green flowers complemented by mauve-pink bracts, typically blooming in midsummer.
About the genus
Beschorneria consists of sizable, clump-forming evergreen perennials characterized by strap-like, somewhat fleshy foliage. In late spring or early summer, they produce nodding tubular flowers arranged in arching racemes, accompanied by prominent red bracts.
