About

Ammobium calyceroides is a low perennial that typically reaches a height of about 8 cm. This species is indigenous to Tasmania and develops a rosette of lance-shaped, fleshy leaves that have a glossy green appearance and a slightly spiny texture. From the center of the rosette, a rounded cluster of small, four-petaled flowers emerges, displaying pale lilac to white hues from May to June. It is suitable for cultivation in pots and containers.
