Adromischus marianiae is a compact, slow-growing, evergreen succulent that typically reaches heights of up to 15 cm. This plant develops clusters of rounded, textured leaves that resemble dried raisins. The leaves exhibit a range of colors, often seen in shades of grey-green, red-brown, or purple, influenced by the amount of light they receive. In the summer months, greenish-pink flowers emerge.

Care notes

Cultivation
Grow under glass in a sharply draining or proprietary cactus compost in full sunlight with good ventilation. Water during the growing season in spring to autumn, only when the soil has become dry. Withhold water altogether in the winter months and keep cool, but not lower than 7°C (45°F). A low nitrogen fertiliser can be applied two or three times during the growing season.
