About
Acer Ice Dragon ('Isiid'PBR) (Jack Frost Series) is a deciduous hybrid maple, a cross between A. palmatum and A. pseudosieboldianum, reaching heights of 3-4 meters. It features a broad, gently weeping form. The leaves are finely dissected, starting as a blush of orange-red in spring before transitioning to mid-green as the season progresses. In autumn, the foliage displays a blend of yellow, orange, and red hues. This cultivar has been developed to thrive in harsher climates, serving as a resilient alternative to traditional Japanese maples.
About the genus
