About
Acacia rubida is an evergreen tree or shrub that typically reaches heights between 1.5 and 6 meters. Its foliage consists of elongated, narrow structures attached to prominent red-brown branches. During the spring season, this plant produces numerous small yellow blooms, arranged in elongated, candle-like formations that can grow up to 10 centimeters in length.
About the genus
Acacia comprises a variety of forms including deciduous or evergreen trees, shrubs, and climbing plants. The leaves can be either alternate and pinnately compound or consist of simple, modified leaf-like structures known as phyllodes. These plants produce small flowers, which may be fragrant, arranged in short spikes, racemes, or spherical clusters.
